Upon completing your purchase and once WB3T is listed on an exchange, we will contact you to:

Ownership and Control of Your WEB3 TREK, INC. Shares
Upon completing your WB3T Token purchase and the listing of WB3T on an exchange, WEB3 TREK.AI, INC. (the “Company”) will issue and send you a digital stock certificate reflecting the number of shares you receive based on the amount of WB3T Tokens purchased.
As a privately owned corporation, these shares are non-transferable and will not be traded on any public exchanges. However, the Company plans to provide Quarterly Reports, including financial statements, to its shareholders to keep them informed of business progress and financial performance.
